GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS EL FARIDA
• The tour price is per person in double-cabin quoted and payable in €uro.
• The tour price includes service charges and taxes.
• The tour price is based on a Full Board meal plan
• The tour price includes our excursion package.
• All the tour prices are excluding any extra services.
• SINGLE supplement 60% on top of the tour price, double cabin for a solo traveller
• TRIPLE cabins are not available on board.
PLEASE NOTE: Any increase in government taxes, entrance fees, service charges, fuel surcharges, or dues after the date of the reservation will be added to the rates mentioned above without any prior notice.
EMBARKATION DATES:
• Sunday 5 nights – ex Esna – Aswan
• Sunday 7 nights – ex Esna – Aswan – Esna
EMBARKATION TIME:
• Check-in time: up to 12:00 am
• Check-out time: before 9:00 am
ITINERARY:
The itinerary is subject to modification according to navigational and security restrictions without prior notice. We are granted all the places will be visiting as in the sightseeing tour listed.
PAYMENT POLICY:
• A deposit of 25% of the total due amount is to be settled with booking confirmation to cover the reservation.
• The rest of the amount (75%) as the final payment is to be settled 45 days before the embarkation date.
• In case of delay of payment due to the date, the voucher won´t be sent and the embarkation will not be issued.
CHILDREN POLICY:
• Children under 5.99 years old sharing a parent suite will be free of charge
• Children from 6 and under 11 years are accommodated in the cabin next to or opposite the parents’ cabin – charge as one single cabin
• Children over 11 years are considered adult
CANCELATION POLICY:
• 25% of the total due amount will be charged for cancellations that occurred 60-15 days before the embarkation date.
• 75% of the total due amount will be charged for cancellations that occurred 14-8 days before the embarkation date.
• 90% of the total due amount will be charged for cancellations that occurred 7-4 days before the embarkation date.
• 100% of the total stay will be charged for cancellations that occurred less than 3 days before the embarkation date and no-shows.
